The Hotel Olten, a 3-star superior seminar and conference hotel with 32 business hotel rooms, 20 furnished apartments & studios, 9 seminar and banquet rooms for up to 200 people, as well as 6 group rooms. On the first floor is our restaurant Holz&Stein with 220 indoor and 20 outdoor seats. We specialize in the day seminar business and cater for 80 to 250 course participants daily over lunch and on advance booking. 

 To strengthen our young, well-coordinated team, we are looking for a Receptionist (m/f) 80% - 100% with immediate effect or by arrangement.

What we expect:

• Several years of professional experience at the reception desk
• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
• Sound IT knowledge
• Experienced with the hotel software Protel / Fidelio or Muse
• Fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English
• Target and performance-oriented action
• Committed and warm personality with a friendly and courteous manner
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible mindset and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
