– You have a talent for organization, keeping track of things, and multitasking – and you remain friendly even when things get busy at the reception desk.
– You are our first smile and the last good impression for our guests.
– You communicate confidently in German and well in English – both verbally and in writing.
– You are service-oriented, warm, and solution-oriented – you see problems as challenges.
– You have experience at the reception desk or are an organizational talent with the drive to change careers.
– You work independently, think for yourself, and value genuine team spirit. Hotel software such as Protel, Fidelio, or Muse is not foreign to you (or will become so very quickly).

– General administrative tasks
